v2 run (D53-D57): recomputed truths and RCT truths, re-rendered draft report; one thread per worker

Main draft grid 2,700 jobs and physician-cluster bootstrap 80 jobs, 0 errors. Report prose in Section 1+ still quotes first-run numbers; to be rewritten after the Aim 1 review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
